A Melted Cow Tale inside of granny smith apple that's been wrapped in layer of breading… What more do we need to say!
ingredients
- 1 Green apple
- 1 tsp of white sugar
- 1 tsp of cinnamon
- 1/4 of a puff pastry sheet
- 1 oz Cow Tales stick
supplies
- Air fryer is needed
instructions
- Peel all of the skin off of a green apple. Remove the core but make sure not to completely cut through the apple.
- In a zip lock bag, mix sugar and cinnamon and then place the apple inside. Shake in the bag and coat the apple evenly.
- Cut up the 1 oz. Cow Tales into pieces and place inside the apple center.
- Cut puff pastry sheet into strips and connect the seams together to make a longer strip.
- Wrap pastry strips around the apple starting from the bottom to the top.
- Spray oil onto the wrapped apple, and placed in the air fryer for 9 minutes at 325 F°.
