Melt Vanilla Caramel Creams® / Cow Tales® into a delicious caramel sauce. The recipe is super easy and the caramel sauce makes an excellent addition to homemade desserts.
ingredients
- 32 unwrapped Vanilla Caramel Creams® / Cow Tales®
- 1/4 cup evaporated milk
- 1 tbs butter
- 1 tsp vanilla (Optional)
- 1 tbs light corn syrup (Optional)
instructions
- Combine Goetze's Caramel Creams®, evaporated milk, and butter in a medium sauce pan over low heat.
- Stir frequently to prevent burning.
- Remove from heat when smooth. Serve warm.
Notes
Optional: Stir in one teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Tip: To thin the sauce, add 1 tablespoon of light corn syrup after you remove the sauce from heat.
