Lay out pretzels on a baking sheet and preheat the oven to 350°.
Place a Caramel Cream on top of each pretzel.
Bake for 3 - 5 minutes until the Caramel Cream is soft, and then immediately top it with another pretzel.
Melt the white chocolate in a pot on the stove.
