ingredients
12Caramel Creams® candies (unwrapped)
1cupwhisky
1stickof salted butter
1/4cupbrown sugar
1/2tspcinnamon
4cupspecans(OPTIONAL)
instructions
In a saucepan over medium heat add Caramel Creams, butter, and brown sugar until melted.
Gently stir in the whisky and mix well.
Remove from heat, allow to cool, and then serve with apples, over ice cream, or any other treat!
Notes
OPTIONAL: Gently toss pecans in the warm whisky caramel sauce. Place the pecans in a cast iron skillet and then smoke on a Pit Barrel/BBQ Smoker for 2 hours. Stir occasionally.
