  • 1/3 cup corn kernels
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil

  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp sea salt (optional)

instructions

How to Make Stovetop Popcorn

  • Coat the bottom of a large saucepan with vegetable oil and add corn kernels. Shake the pot so the kernels lay flat on the bottom of the pan in the oil. Place the pot over a medium-high heat. When the oil starts to crackle, gently shake the pot to rotate the kernels. Do this every 30 seconds until the corn begins to pop. When the popping stops, immediately pour the popcorn into a large bowl and salt to taste. Remove any un-popped kernels and set the bowl aside.

Instructions

  • Unwrap and chop the Caramel Cow Tales® in to peanut-sized bits and set aside. Coat an 8" x 8" cake pan with cooking spray and set aside.
  • Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Stir in the mini marshmallows until they melt.
  • Remove the sauce from the heat and stir in the vanilla. Stir in the popcorn, followed by the Cow Tales® pieces.
  • Using a piece of parchment paper, press the popcorn mixture into a 8" x 8" cake pan. Cool to room temperature and cut into squares for serving.
