How to Make a Candy Heart Wreath for Valentine's Day

  • Candy Heart Wreath Step 1: Cut 4 feet of 22 gauge (or heavier) floral wire. Fold it in half to create a loop. This will be used to hang the wreath. Wrap the wire around the top of the 12-inch foam heart. Be sure to leave the loop free, and give it enough room to catch a hook for hanging.
Close-up of a DIY holiday wreath in progress, made with a white foam ring, green wire for hanging, and Goetze’s Caramel Creams® candies attached around the edge.
  • Candy Heart Wreath Step 2: Lay the foam heart on a flat surface. Using quilter's T-Pins, pin the Caramel Creams® to the foam. Distribute the caramels evenly across the foam heart.
Close-up of a white foam wreath being decorated with Goetze’s Caramel Creams® candies, each wrapped in red and white packaging and secured around the surface.
  • Candy Heart Wreath Step 3: Once you have covered the foam heart with all of the Caramel Creams®, decorate the wreath with accessories. We added some Original Chocolate Caramel Creams® and floral ribbon from Dollar General.
