With a few supplies from the craft store and decorations from the dollar store, you can create a delicious candy wreath with your favorite American-made caramels!

- 12in Extruded Foam Heart Wreath Base, White
- 4 feet of 22+ Gauge Floral Wire
- Decorative Ribbon (optional)
- Four 12oz Bags, or Sixteen 4oz Bags of Caramel Creams®
- 150 Quilter’s T-Pins

How to Make a Candy Heart Wreath for Valentine's Day
- Candy Heart Wreath Step 1: Cut 4 feet of 22 gauge (or heavier) floral wire. Fold it in half to create a loop. This will be used to hang the wreath. Wrap the wire around the top of the 12-inch foam heart. Be sure to leave the loop free, and give it enough room to catch a hook for hanging.
- Candy Heart Wreath Step 2: Lay the foam heart on a flat surface. Using quilter's T-Pins, pin the Caramel Creams® to the foam. Distribute the caramels evenly across the foam heart.
- Candy Heart Wreath Step 3: Once you have covered the foam heart with all of the Caramel Creams®, decorate the wreath with accessories. We added some Original Chocolate Caramel Creams® and floral ribbon from Dollar General.
Hang your candy wreath in a warm place, out of the reach of children. Enjoy your Valentine’s Day wreath, one caramel at a time, leaving the wrappers behind. Your heart wreath will bloom with each caramel you eat!
