Caramel & Vanilla Pudding Cups

Made with a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream, and filled with bursts of caramel, these vanilla pudding cups are perfect for parties!

ingredients

  • 1 4oz bag of Caramel Creams®, chopped
  • 3/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 tbsp of butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/8 tsp of salt
  • 1 4.6 oz box of cook and serve vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 6 8 oz mason jars with lids (or twelve 4oz mason jars with lids)

instructions

  • Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar and salt together until combined. Press 1/8 cup of the mixture into each mason jar. Evenly distributed chopped Caramel Creams® into each jar and set aside.
  • In a saucepan combine milk and pudding mixture and cook following package directions. Once finished pour 1/2 cup of cooked pudding into each mason jar. Close with lid and place in refrigerator overnight. Top with your favorite whipped cream and serve.
