This cookie fudge is blooming with Easter colors and treats! There are four fun, Spring layers to this amazing dessert.
It's a perfect dessert for Easter or your Spring parties. This no-bake recipe is bright and springy – crispy and chocolatey.

ingredients

  • 1 pkg Double-Stuffed Oreo (separate filling)
  • 1/3 cup caramel creamer
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp caramel creamer
  • 20 Caramel Creams unwrapped

Candy Toppings:

  • Easter M&M's
  • sprinkles
  • peanuts
  • colorful marshmallows
  • Mini Cow Tales

instructions

  • Break up Oreos in a ziplock bag. Add ⅓ cup caramel creamer and mush Oreos together until sticky.
  • Microwave peanut butter and Oreo mix for 30 seconds and stir – microwave for another 30 seconds and stir again.

  • Separately microwave Caramel Creams and 2 Tbsp. caramel creamer for 45 seconds and stir – microwave for 30 seconds and stir until you reach the perfect caramel color.
  • Line 8×8 pan with parchment, add Oreo mix to the bottom of the pan and spread across the bottom of the pan.
  • Microwave peanut butter mix for 15 seconds and pour over top of the Oreo mix. Save some for later!

  • Microwave the Caramel Creams mix for 30 seconds and stir. Drizzle the bowl of melted caramel over the peanut butter mixture and cover the peanut butter completely.

  • Add your fun toppings! Pat them down and gently press them into the caramel layer.
  • Reheat leftover caramel mix and lightly drizzle. Refrigerate for two hours.
