Made with a graham cracker crust, topped with whipped cream, and filled with bursts of caramel, these vanilla pudding cups are perfect for parties!
ingredients
- 1 4oz bag of Caramel Creams®, chopped
- 3/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tbsp of butter, melted
- 3 tbsp of sugar
- 1/8 tsp of salt
- 1 4.6 oz box of cook and serve vanilla pudding
- 3 cups of milk
- 6 8 oz mason jars with lids (or twelve 4oz mason jars with lids)
instructions
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, sugar and salt together until combined. Press 1/8 cup of the mixture into each mason jar. Evenly distributed chopped Caramel Creams® into each jar and set aside.
- In a saucepan combine milk and pudding mixture and cook following package directions. Once finished pour 1/2 cup of cooked pudding into each mason jar. Close with lid and place in refrigerator overnight. Top with your favorite whipped cream and serve.
