Goetze’s Candy online store is here for small businesses or individuals who are looking to buy cases of our products. In the near future, we will have a selection of items for those who wish to give our candy as a special gift. If you are a business or are looking to place a large order, please contact our sales department and they can put you in touch with a distributor in your area.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes, you can pick up your order. Please select pick up at check out. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up, including instructions on where to pick it up. Please allow 5-7 days to process. We do offer a few items you are welcome to walk in to our Office and purchase over the counter, that you do not have to preorder. Please see list on main page. We accept cash or credit card for payment.
What is the shipping policy?
We do NOT offer expedited shipping, it is cost prohibitive. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the entire order. We have a direct link to UPS and we are passing along their cost to you, we do NOT add additional fees. You will receive an email when a tracking number is generated, however, it may take a day for the details to appear. The delivery time listed is from the date of shipment from our packing facility, NOT from the day you place the order and it is an approximation of when your order will arrive, NOT a guarantee. Usually orders can be processed in a few days, however, we do not ship on the weekends or holidays.
We accept orders being shipped to APO and FPO addresses, they will be shipped Priority Mail. We do not offer second day or overnight service, it is cost prohibitive.
Do you fulfill international orders?
At this time, we currently do not accept orders with shipping addresses outside of the United States due to shipping costs and customs fees.
Can I leave a gift note or comment about my order?
Yes! When you go to your cart you may leave a gift note or comment before you checkout.
If your order is a gift for someone, please include your message and the name you want to appear on the card in the note section.

What is our Return Policy?
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns due to our product being consumable.
Goetze’s Candy Company, Inc. is not responsible for candy being exposed to extreme conditions, whether it is hot or cold, once it leaves our warehouse. Either of these conditions may alter the shape and texture of the candy.
How many candy pieces are in a particular bag/tin?
All products are measured and sold by weight, not pieces per product. The approximate number of pieces can be calculated at 40 pieces of candy per pound. This calculation is an estimation and does not measure out the exact number of candy pieces per item.
